Where is Normo based?

Normo is a Portuguese company based in Leiria, with showrooms and an office in the Lisbon region.

Who is Normo for?

Normo and its products are aimed at anyone who wants to incorporate minimalist, functional and durable Nordic-inspired lighting into their spaces and projects.

I'm interested in one of your products. Is it possible to see it in person?

Normo makes its complete product catalogue available online. The Normo online store currently has over 3,500 products, so it would not be possible to have all the products in one place. Just as we aim to make our website easy to navigate, we also believe that our products are enhanced when displayed in appropriate and inspiring environments.

Therefore, only a few selected references are displayed in the showroom spaces.

In the event that the product you're interested in is not on display, we still encourage you to visit our showroom to get a better understanding of the materials, construction, finishes and quality of our products. You can also browse our YouTube channel, with videos that can help you form an opinion about the product you want.

I see different prices for your products. Why?

The Normo website functions as a simple, straightforward and always accessible catalogue of a wide range of lighting.
With professional customers in mind, the prices shown are without VAT.
If you are an end customer, you can check the retail price of each product on the respective pages and also at check out.

Purchase

What purchasing methods are available at Normo?

You can purchase Normo products through this website, adding products to the cart using the button on each product page (“Add”) or, alternatively, you can place an order via email at n@normo.pt.

What payment methods are available at Normo?
The payment process can be done in several ways: via bank deposit, MBWay, Multibanco or PayPal, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Union Pay.
When choosing to use PayPal, you must confirm the payment by simply logging into your account with your email address and password.

All transactions made in the Normo online store are encrypted, so payment is secure.

Items will be supplied after payment has been made, and sent to the address indicated in the order confirmation.

Is the amount that appears in the cart the final amount?

The value of the products in the cart is shown without VAT, so it does not include taxes and duties. These are calculated and broken down in the next step (checkout), where you can see the total value of the order and the amount of VAT to be paid in the fields on the right-hand side of the screen (on computers) or at the top of the page (on mobile devices).
Therefore, the final total amount with taxes and fees is the one that appears when checking out.

If you did not find the item you are looking for, it may be out of stock or discontinued, but Normo can help you identify alternatives.

Shipping

I have placed my order but haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you have not received an email confirming your order, please contact us at n@normo.pt so we can help.
Please also check your spam and junk folders in your email, as some emails may be flagged and automatically forwarded to these folders.

Is it possible to create a professional account on your website? What are the sales conditions?

The Normo online store does not currently have a registration feature.

Do you have an installation service?

Normo only supplies the item and does not provide an installation service.
The installation of all Normo luminaires must always be carried out by an accredited technician.
