The studio designed several detached houses, townhouses and courtyard-style housing complexes, in addition to several commercial and institutional buildings in Denmark. Knud Friis and Elmar Moltke Nielsen had a unique creative partnership and their innovative designs had a decisive impact on Danish architecture.
